This family home within the Green Belt & a Conservation Area has been extended, extensively remodelled & fully refurbished to a high standard with a new Basement Cinema Room, Gym & Spa block, Loft Conversion, Conservatory & Portico.
The defining design centred on an award-winning elliptical stone Staircase.
All the gardens and grounds were re-landscaped and planted around a new organically-shaped Swimming Pool and Pool house.

This large property was re-designed and extensively refurbished with a Basement complex of Garaging, Wine Cellar, Plant Room, Storage and Utility space. A bespoke glass & steel spiral staircase was designed and installed.
The Conservatory was rebuilt to allow for excessive solar gain/loss, glare & controlled living temperatures.
State-of-the-art technology was installed to centrally control all services and systems.

This property was refurbished and extended.
A set of bespoke glass bifolding doors was used to open the ground floor into a large entertaining area.
The kitchen was redesigned and extended using clean lines and light colours.

New Live/Work development in a secluded location, replacing an old garage building.
1957 TIMBER FRAMED COTTAGE, HERTFORDSHIRE
This Cottage was completely restored and replanned for its new owners. The detached Summer House and new terrace were designed to link all the Ground floor accommodation.
New larger windows and garden doors helped improved insulation, increased the light and views over the Green Belt. Two new bathrooms and a new open-plan Kitchen/Dining Room were provided.
